Jayne Ward

As Chief of Staff, Jayne oversees communications, learning and development, government relations, quality assurance, and board relations for BBBS of NYC. She shapes digital and marketing strategy, drives strategic initiatives and builds relationships with key stakeholders, inside and outside of the organization with the goal of igniting potential across New York City.

She holds a degree from Brandeis University in Health: Science, Society and Policy and is a graduate of Columbia Business’ Schools Emerging Leaders Program. While she originally hails from Baltimore, she considers herself most at home in New York. Jayne loves being a Brooklynite and exploring the borough with her family and their dog, Waffle.
