Michael O'Teter

Michael O'Teter has extensive experience in various roles within organizations focused on serving at-risk children and youth. Michael currently holds the position of Chief Program Officer at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star, overseeing the mentorship program for approximately 8-9,000 children annually. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Southwest Key Program, Presbyterian Children's Services, Lena Pope Home, and Waco Center For Youth, where Michael gained experience in counseling, program management, admissions, and youth services.
