Lorene Jackson

Lorene Jackson has had a variety of leadership roles in the nonprofit sector. Lorene most recently served as the Vice President of Agency Services - Strategic Growth at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Program & Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta from January 2021 to April 2023. Lorene also held the position of Chief Operating Officer & Senior Vice President at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain from August 2020 to January 2021, and Chief Development Officer & Senior VP from July 2018 to January 2021. Additionally, Jackson was the Chief Operating Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley from October 2015 to July 2018. Earlier in their career, they held national leadership positions at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, including National Vice President, Program Training, and Youth Development Services from July 2012 to October 2015 and Senior Director, Government Relations (Federal) from June 2007 to July 2012. Prior to that, they served as Vice President at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley.

Lorene Jackson obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they attended from 1993 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Education at Concordia University-St. Paul, attending from 2003 to 2004.
