Tim Pehlke

Tim Pehlke, MPA, MS, PMP, CSM, serves as the Director of Project Management at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, where oversaw the implementation of a portfolio of programs aligned with the national strategic plan. With extensive experience in program management, Tim previously held roles as Director of Program Grants and Program Design Manager at the same organization, leading national initiatives funded through grants and implementing pilot projects. Prior positions include Lead Project Manager at Pearson, Assistant Director for Special Projects at the University of Central Florida, and roles at the University of Florida and University of Missouri. Tim's academic background includes a Master of Public Administration, a Master of Science in Family & Child Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, complemented by ongoing education at the Crummer Graduate School of Business.
