Neil Willenson

Neil Willenson has a diverse work history that includes roles in various organizations. Neil is currently the President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee since May 2023. Prior to this, they created and hosted a podcast called "Crowded Table Stories" starting in December 2022. Neil also served as the President of Ryan's Light Entertainment, a company that produces podcasts, live events, films, and TV shows inspired by the late Ryan Chedester.

In 2013, Neil co-founded Camp Hometown Heroes, a national summer camp for children of fallen U.S. service members. In 2018, they co-founded Camp Reunite, a trauma-informed camp for children with incarcerated parents. Additionally, Neil founded Camp Heartland in 1993 and One Heartland in the same year.

Neil's previous roles include Vice President of Community Relations at Kapco Metal Stamping, where they were responsible for philanthropic and community service work within the company. Neil also served as Vice President of Philanthropy and Community Impact at Kacmarcik Enterprises, spearheading various philanthropic endeavors, including producing the successful Grand Slam Charity Jam gala events. Neil was the Vice President of K-Nation Entertainment, a multi-faceted entertainment company that supports artists in achieving their creative visions and commercial success.

Neil Willenson attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Communication Arts with a focus on Radio, TV, and Film.
