Dawn Steffen

Dawn Steffen is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Director for Lake County at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago since November 2021. Prior to this role, Dawn held various positions within the organization, including Family and Volunteer Engagement Coordinator and Site Based Program Coordinator. With over 21 years at Crayola LLC, Dawn excelled as a Customer Development Manager, overseeing account management for major clients such as Walgreens, CVS, RiteAid, Kohls, and BJs, while also managing strategic annual planning for promotions. Dawn holds a certification from Delta Associates in Bronze Business Insights and a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
