William S.

William S. has a diverse background in support roles and project management, currently serving as a Match Support Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound since September 2022. Previously, William S. worked as a Records Intern at Tacoma Power, where responsibilities included facilitating communication between departments and ensuring project documentation met organizational standards. Earlier experience also includes an internship in the Office of Equity and Human Rights at the City of Tacoma, focused on improving data management processes. Prior to these roles, William S. gained customer service experience at Walmart, excelling in roles such as Sales Associate and Door Greeter. William S. holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Technology/Administrative Management from Central Washington University and an Associate of Science in Networking and Cyber Security from Tacoma Community College.
