Gizele Delboni

Gizele Delboni has accumulated significant work experience in various companies. From 2022 to present, they held the role of Head of People and Culture at Big Data. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2022, they also worked as Head of People and Culture at Nuveo. From 2016 to 2019, Gizele was the People and Culture Manager at Samba Tech, where they implemented performance evaluation systems, leadership development programs, and managed HR processes and metrics. Before that, they worked as an HR Specialist at Samba Tech and had roles in talent acquisition and human resources at SoftwareONE Brazil. Gizele also has recruitment experience as a Recruiter at Hermes Pardini and worked as an Analyst of Projects at RH Consultoria Júnior - UFMG. Overall, their expertise lies in people and culture management, HR processes, talent acquisition, and project analysis.

Gizele Delboni obtained an MBA degree in Business Management and Innovation from FIA Business School in 2021. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Psychology at the Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais between 2011 and 2015.
