Dustin Hesse

Dustin Hesse is a seasoned professional in UX research and design, currently serving as the Manager of UX Research at BIG direkt gesund since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dustin held the position of Senior User Researcher at medflex.de from May 2022 to August 2023, and served as UX Research Manager and Project Manager UX Research at SKOPOS NOVA between February 2018 and April 2022. Earlier career experience includes Project Assistant at SKOPOS from February 2017 to January 2018, and Freelance Web Designer at get linx - Media+Solutions from March 2014 to January 2017. Dustin Hesse earned a Master of Arts in Media Culture from the University of Bremen, completing the degree from 2015 to 2018, and previously obtained a bachelor's degree from the same institution from 2012 to 2015.
