Jenna Ingersoll

Jenna Ingersoll has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jenna began their career as a Computational Science Intern at the Shodor Education Foundation, Inc. in 2001, where they worked until 2007. In 2008, Jenna joined Seagull Scientific as a Technical Support Engineer and later held positions as a Technical Writer, Technical Communications Manager, and Program Manager in Software Development. Jenna worked at Seagull Scientific until 2018 when they joined High Fidelity, Inc. as a Documentation Manager. Jenna's most recent role is at Big Fish Games, where they started in 2020 as a Senior Technical Writer and was later promoted to Lead Program Manager, Documentation.

Jenna Ingersoll holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from The University of the South. Additionally, they have pursued computer programming education at Bellevue College Continuing Education. Jenna also attended North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics, a STEM-focused specialty high school. Jenna has obtained certifications in "Supporting Your Mental Health While Working from Home" from LinkedIn in March 2022 and "Launch Into Leadership" from ExecOnline in December 2021.
