Aayushi Shah

Aayushi Shah currently serves as an Innovation and Insights Intern at Nestlé Health Science, where responsibilities include creating consumer and competitive landscapes in the cellular health and sustainable packaging sectors while collaborating with teams on product development ideas and research in the supplement space. Aayushi also has experience as a Food Server at Four Boys Ice Cream, overseeing staff and resolving operational challenges, and as a Design and Production Manager at Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More, focusing on customer interaction and merchandise production. Prior experience includes working as a Medical Assistant at Marlboro Podiatry Center, managing patient documentation and assisting with medical procedures. Aayushi Shah is pursuing a degree in Biochemical Engineering at Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
