Maxwell Sagen is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Currently serving as the Engineering Operations Coordinator at Big Lift, LLC - Big Joe Forklifts since February 2021, Maxwell previously interned at Rite-Hite, where contributions focused on continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
