Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Big Leap

Emma Franklin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Emma is currently working as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Big Leap since 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Publications Intern at BYU Graduate Studies from February 2021 to December 2021. Emma also worked as a Research Assistant and Transcription Editor at the Maxwell Institute for Religious Scholarship from January 2021 to December 2021. Emma has experience as a Managing Editor at both Schwa: Language and Linguistics and Editing Research BYU, where they worked from August 2020 to December 2021 and April 2021 to June 2021, respectively. Emma also worked as a Managing Editor at Latter-day Saint Insights from April 2021 to June 2021. Emma has worked as a Writing Consultant at the BYU Research & Writing Center from August 2020 to January 2021. Emma gained relevant experience as a Reference Assistant at the Harold B. Lee Library from August 2019 to January 2021. Additionally, Emma worked as a Research Assistant/Editor at Brigham Young University in July 2020 and as a Senior Editor and Staff Editor at Schwa: Language and Linguistics from January 2020 to April 2020 and August 2019 to December 2019, respectively.

Emma Franklin attended Brigham Young University from 2016 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Editing and Publishing and a secondary major in French Studies. In December 2021, they obtained a French Language Certificate at the Advanced Mid Level from Brigham Young University. Emma also obtained additional certifications, including the Mimic Social Certificate of Completion from Stukent in December 2021. Emma demonstrated their writing proficiency by passing the Writing Proficiency Test administered by ACTFL in November 2021. Additionally, they showcased their oral proficiency by successfully completing the Oral Proficiency Interview, also administered by ACTFL, in October 2021.
