Heidi Vollman

Heidi Vollman, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in talent development with significant experience in both corporate and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Lead, Talent Development at Big Lots since July 2016, Heidi has successfully facilitated and managed various leadership development programs for managers and supervisors, led new hire onboarding initiatives, and designed curricula for professional development courses. Prior to this role, Heidi worked at Mount Carmel Health System as the Operations Manager for Volunteer Services, overseeing volunteer recruitment and training, while also managing a team and collaborating with hospital leaders to enhance volunteer opportunities. Heidi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Ohio University.
