Paul Cowan

Paul Cowan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul currently holds the position of Head of Engineering at Big Picture Medical. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Engineering - Platform Operations at Airtasker from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Airtasker, Paul worked at Google as a Site Reliability Manager for more than a decade, where they led the Geo SRE team and was responsible for overseeing the performance and reliability of Google's Geographic services. Paul also held various engineering positions at Aconex, wishlist.com.au, property.com.au, and Philips PTS, where they contributed to the development and programming aspects of these organizations.

Paul Cowan attended Swinburne University of Technology from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
