David Baxter has extensive experience in the software and technology industry. David began their career in 2000 as a Consultant for EnFORM Technology / Sungard Consulting, where they worked on various projects in the Energy Trading industry, primarily designing web interfaces of BP's energy trading platforms. In 2003, they became the Owner of Visionary Online, a small network of designers, developers, and other gurus that builds custom software and websites. That same year, they also began working as a Senior Consultant for Software Architects, where they helped build tools for the Florida House of Representatives. In 2006, they became Lead Software Designer and Application Development at Cii Technology Solutions, Inc., managing clients, application design, and overseeing and working with the team that to develop websites, desktop and mobile apps, and kiosk applications. In 2009, they became the Editor-in-Chief for webOSroundup, the second largest webOS site on the web, and in 2013, they became Chief Pixel / Strategist at Big Pixel, a strategic design and development firm specializing in UX, startups, and magic.
David Baxter attended Texas A&M University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a BBA in Management Information Systems, with a focus on Software Development. Prior to that, they attended Centenary College of Louisiana from 1996 to 1997.
