Cindy Martinez

Cindy Martinez is a skilled professional in non-profit and organizational management with extensive experience in community support roles. Currently, Cindy serves as Manager of Grants and Institutional Giving at Big Shoulders Fund since June 2022. Prior to this, Cindy worked as Program Manager at America SCORES Chicago from March 2021 to June 2022, and as a Manager at Enlace Chicago from December 2012 to November 2020, where support for community schools was a key focus. Cindy holds a Master's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Chicago, completed in May 2022, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from DePaul University.
