Bianca Silva

Bianca Silva serves as the Administrative Coordinator for LATAM at Big Sync Music since April 2023, overseeing company operations and administrative tasks related to licensing in Latin America. As an independent business owner of Maria Moana since September 2016, Bianca focuses on retail sales of jewelry and accessories aimed at empowering women to express an exclusive style. Previously, Bianca managed the implementation of the Mais Cultura Program at the Secretaria de Estado de Cultura e Economia Criativa do Rio de Janeiro from April 2022 to May 2023. Additional experience includes financial management roles at Brain+, Instituto Evoé, and Brainstorming Entretenimento, alongside a position at Viva Rio. Bianca holds a degree in Financial Management from Universidade Estácio de Sá, earned between 2016 and 2020.
