Cindy Tran

Cindy Tran is an accomplished leader in marketing and strategy, currently serving as the Founder and Architect of Magic at Big Think Strategy since April 2024, where the consultancy focuses on driving growth and impact for brands in sectors such as Healthcare and Consumer Goods. Prior to this role, Cindy held significant positions including EVP Strategy and Head of Integrated Marketing Solutions at Real Chemistry, and President at Shapiro+Raj. Additional experience includes senior strategic roles at Havas Health & You, Publicis Health, and Interbrand, as well as co-founding The BEING of Leadership. Cindy's career at Unilever spanned nearly eight years in various brand development roles, culminating in positions as Regional and Global Brand Development Director. Cindy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and completed the Innovation Masters Series in Design Thinking at Stanford University.
