Shreya Kurian

Shreya Kurian's work experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at BigBinary starting in 2021. In this role, they worked on building a healthcare data analytics and ETL software using Ruby on Rails and React.js. Their responsibilities included developing various features such as a credentialing dashboard for physicians and doctors, data references for FHIR standards, and the central data management component of the platform. Shreya also wrote tests using Jest and RTL for all frontend code.

Prior to this, Shreya had an internship at Cognizant in 2019. As an Internship Trainee, they contributed to building an application that aimed to enable sustainable farming by enhancing transparency between farmers and customers. Shreya primarily worked on the frontend development of the application and was involved in the project from its initial design phase. Shreya successfully completed the project within the duration of the program.

Shreya Kurian completed their high school education at SBOA School & Junior College, with a focus on computer science. Afterward, they enrolled in Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology and pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science. Shreya attended the school from 2017 to 2021. Additionally, Shreya obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In May 2020, they completed the "Introduction to Data Science in Python" course from Coursera. In March 2020, they also completed the "Introduction to Deep Learning & Neural Networks with Keras" and "Machine Learning with Python" courses, both from Coursera. Shreya further obtained a certification in "DTO - 'Digital Green' Maker Session" from Cognizant in January 2020. In August 2019, they completed a web development course from Internshala.
