John Nichols

John Nichols has extensive experience in marketplace operations, currently serving as Manager of the Marketplace Ops Team at BigCommerce since August 2011. In this role, John leads efforts in reviewing and launching new marketplace apps and themes developed by partners. Prior positions at BigCommerce include Team Lead, overseeing a small team and managing projects, and Sr. Marketplace Manager, where John facilitated app and theme integrations. Earlier in John’s career, a role at Telenetwork as a Level 1 Tier 2 Support Technician showcased strong customer service skills and technical expertise. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts with a focus on Geography and Sociology from Texas State University.
