Andrew Black

Andrew Black is an experienced Production Manager and Audio Engineer at FYF Presents, a role held since June 2011. Simultaneously, Andrew works with Bigger Hammer Production Services as an Audio/Video/Carpenter/Stagehand. As the Owner and Operator of Black's Records since 2008, Andrew focuses on delivering unique and unsampled drum breaks to audiences. Previous roles include Drum Teacher at Music Stars and Masters, Projectionist at Landmark Theatres, and various positions as a Monitor/FOH Engineer and drummer for multiple acts, including Black Cat, Bach 2 Rock, Georgie James, and The Explosion. Andrew holds a BA in American Studies from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2009.
