Role: As the broker of record at Biggs Realty Dericks role is to ensure that all real estate agents sponsored by Biggs Realty have the training and support necessary to competently facilitate real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

1) Ensure the company is maintaining adequate transaction data records on all transactions.

2) Ensure all agents at Biggs Realty are adequately trained on how to properly facilitate real estate sales, listings, and leases.

3) Review and oversee all real estate transactions at Biggs Realty.

4) Be available to assist agents when contract related support is needed.
