Indronil Ghosh

Indronil Ghosh's work experience includes positions at various companies in the supply chain and operations field. Indronil is currently the Head of SCM at BigHaat India, responsible for overseeing the organization's end-to-end supply chain and capability building. Prior to this, they worked as AGM Planning and Replenishment at Reliance Retail.

Ghosh also held roles at Samsung Electronics, where they served as Operations lead for E-commerce and later as Sr. Manager in E-commerce SCM. Indronil gained experience in demand and supply planning as the National Demand and Supply Planner at ITC Limited.

Before that, they worked at PepsiCo, where they managed supply chain and product availability, including demand and supply planning, procurement planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Indronil also worked as a Supply Chain Planner at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd and as a Direct Procurement Business Partner at Syngenta India Limited.

Earlier in their career, Ghosh worked in supply chain coordination for exports at Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd and gained valuable experience as a Summer Intern at United Breweries Ltd, where they focused on production planning and capacity planning.

Indronil began their career as an Engineering Trainee at Coca Cola India Ltd. Overall, Ghosh has a breadth of experience in supply chain management and operations across various industries.

Indronil Ghosh has a diverse education history. In 2000, they obtained a Certificate in Food Processing from S.L.I.E.T, Sangrur. In 2002, they pursued a Diploma in Food Processing from the same institution. Indronil then went on to complete their undergraduate studies, earning a B.E. degree in Food Technology from S.L.I.E.T, Sangrur in 2007.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge in the field of Supply Chain and Operations Management and Marketing Management, Ghosh pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the International School of Business and Media in Pune from 2007 to 2009.

In 2012, Ghosh obtained the designation of Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), indicating their expertise in supply chain management.

Besides their formal education, Ghosh has also obtained several certifications to expand their skillset. In 2008, they achieved the Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Benchmark. In 2019, they completed various courses including Leadership Foundations: Leadership Styles and Models, Identify Sales Growth Opportunities, Retail Sales Foundations, Sales Negotiation, Sales Pipeline Management, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, and Leadership Masterclass. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as LinkedIn, Lynda.com, and Udemy.
