Chesza Rio Goerfida

Chesza Rio Goerfida is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in front office management and reservations. Currently serving as the Front Office Manager at Bigland Sentul Hotel & Convention since July 2018, Chesza has also held the positions of Assistant Front Office Manager and Revenue & Reservation Coordinator within the same establishment. Prior experience includes serving as E-Commerce Manager at Nite & Day Residence Alam Sutra, and various roles in reservations at Swiss Belhotel Pondok Indah Jakarta and Best Western Premier The Bellevue. Chesza's foundational education was completed at the University of Indonesia from 2001 to 2004.
