Matthew Jacobson has a diverse professional background, starting from research assistant roles to satellite communication operator in the Texas Army National Guard. Matthew transitioned into the tech industry with roles at Cisco, where Matthew provided technical support and project planning for collaboration and data center products. Matthew's experience also includes working at the U.S. Department of State, managing IT operations for over 2500 users across multiple networks. Currently, Matthew is a Network Engineer at Bigleaf Networks, where Matthew continues to utilize their expertise in network support and engineering.
