Syed Syafwan Said Anorl

Syed Syafwan Said Anorl has a range of work experience in various industries. Syed Syafwan is currently working as an Operations Analyst at BigPay | Challenge Banking, where they collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and streamline value chain processes, develop strategies for optimization and risk management, and monitor key performance indicators.

Prior to this, they worked at Jabatan Hal Ehwal Pelajar, UMS as a Pekerja Sambilan Harian (PSH), where they collected and analyzed information and data related to student welfare, vaccinations, and intake. Syed Syafwan also volunteered for an internal vaccination program while managing their daily tasks.

Syed also served in leadership roles at Universiti Malaysia Sabah, where they were the Yang Di-Pertua Jawatankuasa Kebajikan Mahasiswa Non-Residen and Naib Yang Di-Pertua Jawatankuasa Kebajikan Mahasiswa Non-Residen. In these roles, they helped to address the welfare and safety concerns of non-resident students, acted as a liaison between students and Student Welfare, UMS, and organized activities to improve student leadership and bonding.

Furthermore, Syed has experience as a Radio Presenter at KKFM, an Aircraft Technician at Systematic Aviation Services Sdn. Bhd. TTDI, and Malaysia Airlines. In these positions, they demonstrated technical expertise in aircraft maintenance, adhered to maintenance manuals, and efficiently carried out maintenance tasks.

In the early stages of their career, Syed worked as a Barista at Starbucks, where they gained customer service experience.

Syed Syafwan Said Anorl's education history began in 2012 when they enrolled at Politeknik Banting Selangor. Syed Syafwan completed a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance, specializing in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology/Technician. This program lasted from 2012 to 2015. Subsequently, Syed Syafwan pursued further studies at Universiti Malaysia Sabah from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they completed a Bachelor in Social Science with Honors, majoring in Communication with a focus on Broadcast and Journalism.
