Paweł Guz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering operations and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering Operations at Appfire since July 2018, Paweł focuses on enhancing organizational processes for optimal performance in enterprise collaboration solutions. Prior to this role, Paweł held various leadership positions, including Branch Manager at Fidelity Information Services GmbH, where the company was recognized among FORTUNE Magazine’s Most Admired Companies in 2018, and Head of IT Department at KUKE S.A., overseeing core insurance system development and IT infrastructure. With a background as Managing Director at JAVART Sp. z o.o. and Partner at Corporate Coaches, Paweł also brings a wealth of experience in coaching and team development. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Commercial Information Technology from the University of Vienna and certification as an Erickson Professional Coach from Erickson College.
