Derek Lennon

Derek Lennon is a seasoned professional in the skiing and outdoor adventure industry, currently serving as the Founder, Writer, and Publisher of A Mountain Journey since August 2014, where a website dedicated to mountain news and backcountry skiing is created. With extensive experience as a Ski Guide for The Adventure Project in India and at Ski Arpa in Chile, as well as a Ski Instructor and Guide at Big Sky Resort and Vail Resorts, Derek has a diverse background in teaching and guiding. Additional roles include Owner of Aimhats.com, Social Media Manager and Writer for JobMonkey, Inc., and a professional writer with Originality. Derek holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Business from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Professional Writing from Chatham University.
