Hsiao-Dong Chiang

Hsiao-Dong Chiang is the President of Bigwood Systems, Inc., a company that specializes in providing high-quality software solutions to the utility industry, and has held this position since July 1995. In addition, Hsiao-Dong Chiang serves as a Professor of Electrical Engineering at Cornell University, a role that has been maintained since 1987, during which time more than 80 master's and Ph.D. students have been supervised. Hsiao-Dong Chiang earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, from 1983 to 1986, and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, obtained between 1977 and 1981.
