Prior experience includes roles at Competitive Advantage Group Inc., where Rob generated sales and built relationships with distributors and manufacturers, and over 30 years at ITW, where Rob advanced through various positions, including Industry Segment Leader and Business Unit Manager, focusing on sales growth and strategic development in lubricants and cleaning products for multiple market segments. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and additional qualifications from ITW Performance Polymers & Fluids Institute and Associated Technical College-Los Angeles.
