Khorshed Alam

Khorshed Alam has extensive experience in operational and customer support roles, currently serving as Shift In-Charge in Operations at Bikroy since January 2014, after progressing through positions including Senior Executive and Executive in Customer Support. Prior to this, Khorshed worked as a Joiner Executive in Sales & Marketing at Biswas Builders Limited from October 2010 to January 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from the University of Development Alternative, alongside earlier studies in Business Studies and Science at Saver College and Rayer Bazar High School, respectively.
