Nadia Bargetzi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nadia currently works at BIL Suisse as the Managing Director and Deputy Head of Wealth Management since February 2023. Prior to that, they were a Senior Partner and Head of the Zurich Branch at Decisive, an independent ultra-high net worth advisor, from January 2021 to October 2022.
Before joining Decisive, Nadia held the position of Head of Private Banking and member of the Executive Board at Quilvest (Switzerland) Ltd. from October 2019 to November 2020. Nadia also worked at Julius Baer for a significant period, where they held various positions including Senior Client Executive Manager from November 2016 to September 2019, Managing Director from February 2016 to November 2016, Deputy Market Head Argentina from April 2012 to October 2016, and Managing Director Senior Advisor from September 2005 to February 2016.
Nadia'searly career was at Credit Suisse, where they worked as a Vice President from January 1997 to May 2005.
Nadia Bargetzi's education history includes completing the Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) program at the Swiss Bankers Association in 2017. In 2014 and 2015, they attended the London Business School, where they participated in the Acelerated development Program.
In terms of additional certifications, in December 2022, Nadia obtained the title of Examiner Certified Wealth Management Advisor CWMA from bbz st.gallen ag | Bankenberatungszentrum. Nadia also became a Board Community Member at Board Owl in October 2022. Additionally, in October 2020, they became a member of both the Female Board Pool Luxembourg and the Female Board Pool Switzerland. In September 2020, Nadia participated in the Yale SOM Woman's Leadership Program at the Yale SOM Education Leadership Conference. In June 2019, they completed the course "From Megatrends and Scenarios to Strategy" at the Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies. Lastly, in April 2021, they obtained the title of Examiner Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) from Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland.
