Aileen Scholltze

Aileen Scholltze has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Project Management Intern at Axel Springer SE. In 2013, they completed a research internship at Nestlé Professional, where they worked in various areas such as marketing, sales, R&D, and quality control. Aileen then joined WE DO communication GmbH GWA in 2015 as a Consulting/Project Management professional. In the same year, they also began their journey with Axel Springer SE, starting as a Junior Marketing Manager and eventually transitioning to Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager roles. Aileen concluded their tenure at Axel Springer SE in 2020. Currently, they serve as the Chief of Staff to the Board of Directors at BILD and is also the Business Lead for Digital Projects in BILD Business Development.

Aileen Scholltze holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Marketing Management from Robert Gordon University, which they completed from 2013 to 2014. Prior to their master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business and Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, Aileen Scholltze also participated in a Study Abroad Semester focused on International Business and Korean Studies at the University of Seoul in South Korea.
