Claudia Merk

Claudia Merk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and education, currently serving as the Projektleitung for the "I AM MINT - Mit Azubi-Mentoren zum MINT-Beruf" initiative at Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft e.V. since November 2020. Prior to this role, Claudia held key positions at IfT Institut für Talententwicklung West GmbH from September 2007 to October 2020, including Leiterin Akademie IfT West and Projektleiterin. Claudia's career commenced in February 1997 at Lafarge Beton SA as a Personalreferentin. Claudia holds a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) degree in Wirtschaft from Hochschule Bielefeld.
