Deanna Zoller - Cocic

Deanna Zoller - Cocic has extensive experience in customer service and interpretation roles within the medical and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Medical Language Interpreter at Language Access Multicultural People since October 2014, Deanna is responsible for daily interpretation across medical facilities. In addition, Deanna has been a Community Access Worker at Bilingual International Assistant Services since November 2019. Previous roles include Customer Support and Customer Service Specialist at KCAC Aviation from September 2015 to August 2016 and Car Rental Agent/Agency Operator at Thrifty Car Rental from May 2007 to October 2014. Deanna also worked as an Agency Operator/Rental Sales Agent at AVIS from August 2000 to May 2006. Deanna holds an Associate of Arts degree in Medical - Pre-Health from St. Louis Community College, completed between 2009 and 2012.
