Rahmatullah Hamdard

Rahmatullah Hamdard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Case Manager at Bilingual International Assistant Services and a Researcher at v-Fluence Interactive Public Relations, Hamdard also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Hope for Education and Leadership in Afghanistan (HELA), an initiative focused on empowering youth. Previously, Hamdard coordinated community donations at the International Institute of St. Louis and managed finance and operations at Free to Run. Early career work includes serving as Operations Coordinator and Student Admin at Skateistan. Rahmatullah Hamdard holds a Professional MBA in International Business from Saint Louis University's Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business, an MBA in Public Administration from Dunya University of Afghanistan, and a BBA in Business Administration and Management from UMEF Swiss Afghanistan.
