Sgm Larry Higgins

SGM Larry Higgins has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resource Manager at Bill Austin & Associates, Inc. since May 2011. Prior to this role, Larry served as Human Resource SGM NCO for the Indiana Guard Reserve from January 2003 to April 2019 and held the position of Director of Human Resources at Cummins Inc. from April 1965 to April 2000. Larry's early career included serving as SGT in the United States Army Reserve from November 1963 to December 1969. Larry's educational background includes a degree as an Electronics Technician from United Electronics Lab and a high school degree with a focus on Vocational Agriculture from Vevay High School.
