Liliya Stanik

Liliya Stanik is a seasoned legal professional specializing in employment and labor law with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Sr. Director, Corporate Counsel at BILL since May 2022, Liliya has previously held significant positions at NuVasive as Director of Labor & Employment Litigation, and at Renovate America as Vice President - Associate General Counsel. Liliya co-founded the San Diego Chapter of SunLaw Group, an organization aimed at supporting women in-house attorneys. With a solid academic foundation including a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, Liliya has demonstrated expertise in managing complex employment law issues on a global scale across multiple industries.
