Nancy Zheng

Nancy (Jiayi) Zheng is a Senior Product Researcher at BILL, with extensive experience in user experience (UX) research and product insights. Previously, at LinkedIn, Nancy led usability studies and established insights tracking systems, and conducted foundational research to enhance recruiter messaging features. Nancy's background also includes roles at ServiceNow, where Nancy managed end-to-end research processes across various projects, and at Design for America, leading a team focused on mental wellness resources. Earlier work involved internships at UCSD Design Lab and ServiceNow, contributing to civic engagement research and dashboard experiences for agents.
