Jenny Sargent

Jenny Sargent has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of photography and editorial. Jenny started their career as an Assistant Photo Editor at Primedia Youth Entertainment Group in 2000 and then worked as a Junior Photographer at Alloy Inc in 2002. From 2003 to 2004, Jenny worked as a Photo Assistant at Redbook Magazine before becoming a Photo Editor at More Magazine from 2004 to 2007. Jenny then joined Latina Magazine as a Photo Editor from 2007 to 2010 and simultaneously worked as a Photo Editor at Lula magazine from 2006 to 2010. In 2010, Jenny joined The Hollywood Reporter as a Deputy Photo Editor, where they were involved in the launch of THR in a weekly format. Jenny worked there until 2013. In 2013, Jenny joined Dr. Oz The Good Life as a Photo Director and eventually helped launch the premier issue of the magazine. After that, they worked at The Hollywood Reporter again from 2014, first as a Photo Editor-at-Large and then as a Senior Photo Director, where they oversaw all East Coast photo shoots and managed photo activations at film festivals. Since 2022, Jenny has been working at Billboard as a Photography Director.

Jenny Sargent obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography from Syracuse University.
