Ritche W. began their career in 2004 as an Assistant Representative and AVP at Merrill Lynch Banc Suisse, where they worked with financial advisors to position the bank to institutional and high net worth individuals. Ritche also managed over 30 discretionary accounts. In 2006, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Junior Associate, working on strategic goals for a UAE bank, analyzing market dynamics for expansion into the mortgage business, and presenting market dynamics to a European player. In 2009, Ritche W. transitioned to a role in business development and investments at a Family Office. Finally, in 2015, they co-founded First Digital Finance Corporation, a fintech company focused on driving financial innovation across ASEAN.
Ritche W.'s education history begins with their high school education, which they completed at St. Peter from 1986 to 1988. Following this, they attended Brentwood College School from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained their high school degree. Ritche then pursued their Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, specializing in Entrepreneurship/Finance and Economics, at Babson College from 1996 to 1999. Finally, Ritche W. furthered their education at Thunderbird School of Global Management, where they obtained their MBA in Finance and Economics from 2002 to 2004.
