Johan Bergman

Johan Bergman is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Compensation Benefits at Billerud since September 2021. Prior to this role, Johan was the Head of Financial Shared Service Center at Skanska Sverige AB, overseeing financial operations and compensation matters, including managing a team and HR budget responsibilities. Johan also held various positions at NASDAQ OMX, HRS AB - Towers Perrin, Mölnlycke Health Care, and Electrolux, focusing on compensation strategies, international assignments, and incentive program design. Johan holds a Master's degree in Business & Administration from Stockholm University, attained between 1998 and 2002.
