Chad Kidder

Chad Kidder has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Chad currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at BillGO, where they oversee the recruitment process and plays a key role in transforming the bill payment industry. Prior to this, Chad worked as the Senior Vice President - Global Head of Talent Acquisition at ElectrifAi, where they managed global hiring and talent acquisition in various departments. Chad also held multiple roles at Oracle, starting as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and eventually becoming the Director of Recruiting/Talent Acquisition. During their time at Oracle, Chad led teams, managed numerous open positions, and built relationships with internal partners. Before joining Oracle, they worked at TEKsystems as a Technical Recruiter/Account Manager, providing technical talent and contract support to major clients in the defense industry. Chad's expertise lies in talent acquisition, leadership, and building strong partnerships.

Chad Kidder has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Chad also earned a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
