Eric Nelson

Eric Nelson has extensive experience in senior leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at BillGO since July 2022, where the focus is on enhancing bill management and payment solutions. Prior to this, Nelson held multiple executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Advisor at Mission Lane, leading strategy and execution in customer operations and compliance, which contributed to its growth as a leader in the underserved credit card market. As Vice President of Customer Operations at LendUp, Nelson oversaw significant revenue growth and operational expansion. Earlier roles include senior management positions at Travelers Insurance and Capital One, where expertise in customer servicing, fraud operations, and system development was demonstrated. Eric Nelson's career began as a US Army Officer in the Signal Corps, after earning a BS in Finance and Marketing from the University of Richmond.
