Brenda Gallick has a diverse work experience, primarily in roles related to team member success and human resources. Brenda started their career at Billhighway in 2010 as a Team Member Success Leader, where they played a crucial role in supporting and developing team members until 2015. Brenda then joined BluePay Processing in 2016 as the Director of Team Member Success, specifically for the Billhighway division. In this role, they continued to enhance team member success strategies until 2019. Returning to Billhighway in 2019, they took on the role of Director of Team Member Success before being promoted to Executive VP Team Member Success, overseeing the operations of three Saas platforms. Brenda'smost recent position at Billhighway is Chief People Officer, where they lead HR, client support, and client training teams, contributing to the development of a strong company culture and operating model.
