Martin Slifka

Martin Slifka has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Martin is currently working as an External Consultant at TARAN. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Delivery CEE at Billigence, where they led four delivery teams and was responsible for delivery management and resource allocation across projects.

Before joining Billigence, Martin worked at Experian for a significant period of time. Martin held multiple roles at Experian, starting as a Marketing Project Manager at Raiffeisenbank Česká republika. Martin then moved on to Telefonica O2 Czech Republic (Eurotel) as a Project Manager. Following this, they joined GE Money Bank as a Senior Project Manager, where they successfully managed a large strategic project.

At Experian, Martin also served as a Technical Account Manager and a Strategic Service Manager for CEE, Balkan, Swiss regions. Martin was responsible for client relationship management, project execution, change management, and negotiation of SLAs. Additionally, they served as a Service Relationship Manager for CEE, Balkan, and DACH regions, where they handled key client relationships, project execution, and service reviews.

Martin's work experience also includes a role as an Account Manager at Adastra. Overall, their work history demonstrates their expertise in project management, client relationship management, and delivery leadership.

Martin Slifka began their education in 2002 when they enrolled in The George Washington University School of Business for a Master's Program in Project Management. This program lasted until 2003. In 2005, they attended GE Money and obtained a certification in Project and Quality Management, known as a Black Belt. From 2006 to 2011, Martin studied at the University of Finance and Administration in Prague, earning a degree of Inženýr (Ing.) in Economy and Management.

Apart from their formal education, Martin also obtained several certifications. In 2003, they received the NIMA A/B certification from the Czech/Netherlands Institute of Marketing. In 2023, Martin obtained two additional certifications. In June 2023, they completed the Collibra Data Steward Learning Path offered by Collibra. In the same year, they also obtained Snowflake Technical Sales Professional Accreditation and Snowflake Sales Professional Accreditation from Snowflake in March and April 2023, respectively.
