Ellinor Sönne has extensive work experience, beginning with a role as a receptionist at Länsförsäkringar in 2013. In 2014, they were an Assistant Accountant at HemoCue AB, followed by an Economic Assistant role at Hall Miba in 2015. In the same year, they were a Customer Service employee at Utellus AB, where they worked until 2018 as the Head of Customer Service & Sales. In 2016, they took on a Student Internship at Peas Industries, followed by a JR Consultant role at PIHR - The Future of Equal Pay in 2017. In 2020, they became the Head of Customer Service & Sales Support at LEDVANCE, and they are currently a Customer Success Manager at Billogram and a Project Lead at Utellus AB.
Ellinor Sönne obtained a Master's Degree in Operation Management and Control from Stockholm University in 2017. Ellinor also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Linnaeus University between 2012 and 2016. In 2014, they completed a course in Accounting and Finance and Lean Operation Management at Central Connecticut State University. Additionally, Ellinor Sönne obtained a Customer Success Manager - How to Deliver certification from Startdeliver in November 2022.
