Carol Chen

Carol Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and strategy across multiple industries. Currently serving as SVP of GTM Strategy and Operations at Billtrust since May 2024, Carol previously held leadership roles at Flywire as VP of Revenue Operations and WeWork as VP, Head of Global Sales Operations. Additional experience includes positions as VP of Sales Operations at CarGurus and iHeartMedia, as well as VP of Global Sales Operations, Reporting and Analytics at TravelClick. Carol contributed as an Advisory Board Member for Customer Experience at Rutgers and held earlier roles at Sailthru, Axial, and S&P Capital IQ. Carol holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and completed additional coursework at Columbia Business School.
