Jeanne O’Connor

Jeanne O’Connor is responsible for the Human Resources function at Billtrust including workforce planning, employee development, total rewards and employee relations. She has over 20 years of experience at high-technology and start-up firms, with an expertise in compensation and benefits plan design. Jeanne has been instrumental in helping shape the corporate culture at Billtrust, ensuring the company is a repeat award winner as one of the Best Places to Work year after year.

Prior to joining Billtrust, Jeanne held various leadership positions at Lumeta Corporation, Flarion Technologies, ITXC Corporation and Tachion Networks. Jeanne began her career at Dialogic Corporation where she received her CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) designation, while managing the total rewards strategy prior to their sales to Intel. She is a graduate of Montclair State University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
